Goodbye Rachel

Today we took Rachel to Liberty University. Yesterday we dumped her items in her room, and today we left her there.

Rachel and I have had a lot of fun over during the school year.

For example, the time Rachel pulled me too hard, and I crashed into the neighbor's fence.

777 Challenge

I was reading my friend's blog (the lovely Madeline Fiol's blog) and she did the 777 challenge. I thought, yeah, that looks kinda fun. As I was scrolling down, I suddenly saw my name in the list of people she challenged to do it. Since I'm sorta writing a book, I decided to do it.

Rules:
~Share seven sentences from the seventh page of one of your manuscripts.

Jane was walking outside trying to think about where Emily might have gone. I know she didn’t run away. It’s highly unlikely she was kidnapped. That only happens in books and movies.
A twig snapped and Jane turned around. A man was standing behind her. “Good morning.” He said pleasantly. “Are you Mrs. Holsworth?”

Sarah goes to camp

This is a story I wrote for my english. I know it isn't the best thing I've ever written, but I have a few friends that really wanted me to post it.......

Sarah normally loved the mile long walk up their driveway, but today she was in too much of a hurry to notice the spring flowers growing in the meadow, or the sweet country air.  She rushed into the house, just remembering to catch the screen door, before it banged shut. “Mother!” she called excitedly.
Sarah heard a faint voice calling back, “I’m in the garden, dear.”
Sarah quickly deposited her stuff in a heap at the bottom of the stairs, and rushed outside, nearly colliding with her father.

A Sampling of Cheeses From Around the Refrigerator

The first cheese I sampled was in a wedge shaped. The label said it was Trader Giotto's Parmesan cheese, aged 10 months. The label proudly proclaimed it was $8.55, and it should be sold by May 15th. The cheese itself had a sharp bold flavor, and a slightly hard texture. I noted there was wax on the bottom of the wedge that I had to cut off.

The next cheese I sampled was in a mysterious bag with no label on it. It had an even bolder flavor, which was infused with just the right amount of bitterness, and tangyness.

Sunshine with Esther

I know I'm vain, but I just did a photoshoot with myself today. Don't you just love the warm sun? I heard it's going to get up to 85 today! Time to play in the hose today! :DDD
Before I started taking pictures of myself I saw the grass with the water droplets on it. SO PRETTY! :DDDD

The door was reflecting the sunshine onto my face.

                                                         I found a robin!!!

It isn't the best picture of myself, 'cause I was starting to blink, but I wanted to show y'all the flowers I braided into my hair.

Such warm sunshine! :D

And remember, I'm watching you.

Sunday Drawing

I was drawing two days ago, on a rainy, ice-full Sunday. I think I drew the weirdest drawing I've ever done. What do you think?

I kind of wanted to do something different. I did have a lot of fun thinking of where to place the monster hand.

Since you can't really know if it's the weirdest one I've ever done if you've never seen any of my other drawings, here are some more of mine.

Well, there are only two, but you get the idea. A rainy icy, Sunday makes one draw weird things, right?

Welcome to my blog!

Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog. I'm a (mostly) normal teenager  who enjoys many hobbies. I enjoy writing, reading, horse back riding, knitting, crocheting, graphic design, and being a professional little sister.

In this blog I'm going to be posting anything that pops into my mind to post. It might be recipes, crafts, tips on what NOT to do when annoying your older sister, a thought that popped into my head, some of my graphic design, or other very random stuff.
